We have built numerous interfaces and data feeds for our clients that will facilitate ease of integration with any new client.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our claims system, Claims Cube, is a state of the art Oracle-based system that intuitively works with our examiners to drive the best possible outcomes for our clients. By leveraging automation, we allow claims adjusters to do what they do best; working with people rather than processes. Our clients are invited to download claims cube to access their claims, view the document images that were once an adjuster’s “paper claims file”, and review the claims notes, diaries, and activities in real time.
Claims can be reported twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. If you would like to report a claim online, choose from the buttons below. After our claims intake unit reviews the notice for accuracy, for possible duplicates, and to determine if it’s a claim for a customer that we handle, it will be assigned to a claims unit.
Information is a key to your success. We utilize Business Objects to generate reports for our clients. We have a number of preformatted reports and we can provide you with suggestions for you to customize reports to fit your specific needs. We can automate reporting for you as well, sending you the reports you specify through a monthly email that you can program to fit
your schedule.

DWELLING UNDERWRITING INSPECTIONS
North American Risk Services has partnered with JVI Appraisal services to offer field property inspections of residential risks for Property and Casualty Insurers.
The inspection program for homes includes 3 levels of services, all completed in person by a professional home appraiser.
Level 1 service includes a drive-by inspection and photo of the front of the property location. A replacement cost valuation is included.
Level 2 service includes contacting the occupant, physical inspection, photos of front and rear of the property, and completion of an underwriting questionnaire.
Level 3 service includes both interior and exterior photos of the home, a 360 Value Report on replacement cost value range, and the completion of an underwriting questionnaire signed by the homeowner.
