By leveraging automation, we allow claims adjusters to do what they do best; working with people rather than processes. Our clients are invited to download claims cube to access their claims, view the document images that were once an adjuster’s “paper claims file”, and review the claims notes, diaries, and activities in real time.

DWELLING UNDERWRITING INSPECTIONS
North American Risk Services has partnered with JVI Appraisal services to offer field property inspections of residential risks for Property and Casualty Insurers.
The inspection program for homes includes 3 levels of services, all completed in person by a professional home appraiser.

The inspection program for homes includes 3 levels of services, all completed in person by a professional home appraiser.
- Level 1 service includes a drive-by inspection and photo of the front of the property location. A replacement cost valuation is included.
- Level 2 service includes contacting the occupant, physical inspection, photos of front and rear of the property, and completion of an underwriting questionnaire.
- Level 3 service includes both interior and exterior photos of the home, a 360 Value Report on replacement cost value range, and the completion of an underwriting questionnaire signed by the homeowner.
