North American Risk Services is seeking a motivated Fast Track Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with at least 1 year of claims handling experience who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive, training-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of commercial transportation claims from first notice to resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations including liability and negligence analysis
- Determine coverage, analyze damages, and negotiate settlements
- Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and vendors
- Establish and maintain timely and accurate reserves
- Identify and refer potential subrogation or fraud cases
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, client handling guidelines, and NARS Best Practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of claims handling experience, preferably in commercial transportation
- Active Claims Adjuster License (Florida or other applicable jurisdiction)
- Willingness to obtain a NY 17-70 license (if not already held)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
